Frank Bonsal is Director of TowsonGlobal, Towson University’s entrepreneurship hub and business incubator for early-stage companies.Frank has twenty-five years experience advancing efficacy, innovation and productivity in and around education and the knowledge economy. Frank is also a Venture Partner with New Markets Venture Partners, which he joined in 2007 and where his focus is on early stage investments in education technology and service companies. As a long term Partner with Bonsal Capital, and through his role at New Markets, Frank has invested in over twenty private education companies throughout the U.S. On behalf of New Markets, Frank is currently a Board Director at Calvert Education, Questar Assessment and Think Through Learning, and a Board Observer at BetterLesson, Kickboard, PresenceLearning and Starfish Retention Solutions, and previously with Moodlerooms.
For 15 years leading up to the private capital pathway, Frank served as teacher, advisor, coach, and administrator to students in middle and high schools. Frank serves on several Mid-Atlantic-based nonprofit K-12 education boards, such as The Center for Education Reform, and is a member of the President’s Advisory Council at Stevenson University. He has served on numerous national and regional panels and committees on the topic of education innovation, investment and productivity and is a former President of the Alumni Board of Peabody College, Vanderbilt University. Frank has a M.Ed. and M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire.

Stephanie Chin is an alumna of Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentration in International Business, and a Spanish language minor. After graduation, Stephanie spent two years traveling around Europe and brings her diverse background to TowsonGlobal. As Program Coordinator she assists with the day-to-day management of the incubator and its programs. These include research for and development of business plans, organizing educational initiatives and TowsonGlobal's annual Business Plan Competition, identifying new clients, and developing new marketing tools.

Angel Leach is a current student at Towson University, who is majoring in Family and Human Services with a concentration in Human Services. She is looking forward to attending University of Maryland, College Park and enrolling in the Couple and Family Therapy M.S. program. Her overall career goal is to become a Marriage and family Therapist for a private practice. She is currently the secretary for the National Council of Negro Women Incorporated, Towson Collegiate Section for the 2013-2014 academic year. As TowsonGlobal’s Student Office Assistant, she assists with the coordination and preparation of projects, meetings, mail deliveries, and monthly invoices for the resident and associate members.
